Information still needed
Initial-session structure: Confirm that it is 60 minutes and whether the current $100 rate is correct. You will also need to decide whether to publish a specific sliding-scale range, state that limited reduced-rate spaces are available, or direct people to inquire.
Focused and extended support: Decide whether the initial session counts as the first appointment or occurs before the four- or eight-session period. Also confirm the normal length and standard price of each subsequent appointment.
Relational sessions: Confirm the duration, rate, maximum number of participants, whether everyone attends the initial session together, and whether you will ever meet with participants individually.
Group work: Determine whether you want starting prices, minimum and maximum group sizes, online and in-person availability, travel boundaries, and a custom-inquiry form.
Communication boundaries: Confirm whether clients receive any between-session email, text, voice-note, or document access beyond scheduling and brief clarification.
Confidentiality: Your exact language should match the agreement clients sign and the obligations that actually apply to your role. The current terms mention confidentiality under Florida law and mandatory-reporting circumstances, while the privacy policy refers to therapy, PHI, HIPAA releases, and healthcare regulations. Those claims deserve a careful legal and operational review before being repeated on the new page.
Important site-wide conflict to resolve
The proposed page says this practice does not provide crisis or emergency response, but the current FAQ says you help people who are currently in or recently leaving a crisis, and the existing crisis page advertises daytime intervention, overnight monitoring, de-escalation, and 24-hour follow-up.
Those are materially different scopes. Before publishing this page, I recommend deciding between:
Ending direct crisis-intervention services and converting the crisis page into a resource and referral page; or
Keeping a separate, clearly defined non-emergency crisis-support service with appropriate credentials, insurance, contracts, availability boundaries, safety procedures, and legal review.
The current FAQ also advertises a $1 introductory call, 30-minute resets, full-hour sessions, subscriptions, and crisis planning. Those sections will need to be updated once this new service structure is final so visitors do not encounter competing offers.
What We Offer
Practical support for understanding yourself and moving forward
You may know that something in your life needs attention without knowing exactly what kind of help, practice, or method would be useful.
This work offers a structured and collaborative place to slow down, understand what is happening, notice patterns, and identify practical ways forward. People seek this support while navigating transitions, recurring relationship patterns, creative blocks, changes in identity or direction, difficult decisions, and a desire to lead themselves with greater awareness.
You do not need to arrive with a clear goal, the right language, or an understanding of any particular modality. We can begin with what you are experiencing now and decide together what may be useful.
This is a non-clinical coaching and educational practice. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a replacement for care from a licensed mental health or healthcare provider.
Our Services
Initial Session
60 minutes | $100
Sliding-scale appointments are available when the standard rate is not financially workable. You may ask about availability before booking without needing to explain or defend your circumstances.
The initial session gives us time to discuss:
What is bringing you here
What feels most important right now
What you would like to understand, change, or practice
Any circumstances that may affect the kind of support you need
Whether this work is an appropriate fit
What a manageable next step could look like
You do not need to prepare a complete history or choose a method before we meet. My role is to listen, ask useful questions, and help us identify an appropriate direction without assuming that one approach is right for everyone.
By the end of the appointment, we will identify an initial area of focus and discuss whether focused support, extended support, another kind of resource, or licensed care would best serve your needs.
There is no obligation to continue after the initial session.

Focused Support
Four appointments over approximately eight weeks
Focused support is designed for one defined concern, transition, relationship pattern, creative block, or self-leadership goal.
Appointments are paid for individually rather than as a prepaid package. This allows us to work within a shared structure without requiring you to commit financially to the full period in advance.
During these appointments, we may:
Clarify what is happening and what you would like to change
Notice patterns in thought, language, attention, behavior, or relationships
Identify choices and responses that are within your control
Develop practices that fit your actual life
Review what is helping and adjust what is not
Support greater confidence in your own judgment and self-direction
Between appointments, you may have a reflection, practice, creative prompt, or real-life experiment to explore. These are collaborative invitations rather than tests or assignments. You are not expected to perform them perfectly. What you notice—including what feels difficult, unclear, or unhelpful—can become useful information for our next conversation.
Monthly Continuation
Monthly continuation is available to returning clients who want ongoing support, practice, and integration after completing an initial focused period of work.
The exact frequency, included access, communication boundaries, cancellation terms, and price will be provided before anyone enters a continuation agreement.
Monthly continuation is not required. Clients may also return for individual appointments when a new concern, transition, or period of reflection arises.
Group Work
Group offerings bring practical self-reflection, shared learning, and creative or contemplative practice into a collective setting.
Sessions and workshops may include:
Consciousness study
Guided reflection
Creative and contemplative exercises
Communication and pattern-awareness practices
Self-leadership education
Practices for attention, presence, and intentional action
Facilitated conversations around a shared subject or transition
Workshops can be developed for existing groups, creative communities, educational programs, teams, and organizations. Each offering is shaped around the group’s purpose, size, needs, and available time.
Group work is educational and experiential. It is not group psychotherapy or a substitute for clinical treatment.

Relational Support
Relational sessions are available for couples, families, and other people who share an ongoing relationship or responsibility.
The purpose is not to decide who is right or to assign blame. The work instead creates a structured place for:
Clearer communication
Shared reflection
Recognition of recurring relational patterns
Greater awareness of each person’s responses and needs
Collaborative practices that can be used outside the session
More intentional decision-making within the relationship
Each person is invited to speak from their own experience, listen without being required to agree, and consider how individual patterns affect the relationship as a whole.
Relational support is non-clinical. It is not couples therapy, family therapy, psychiatric care, legal mediation, or emergency safety planning. When abuse, coercion, immediate danger, an active crisis, or concerns requiring clinical assessment are present, licensed or emergency support may be more appropriate.
Extended Support
Up to eight appointments over approximately twelve weeks
Extended support may be appropriate when several concerns overlap, when a transition affects multiple areas of life, or when you want more time to practice and integrate what you are learning.
This structure allows us to work with greater continuity while remaining responsive to what develops over time. It may include more space for pattern recognition, communication practice, creative work, contemplative exercises, and the gradual application of new approaches in everyday life.
Appointments are paid for individually. You are not required to use all eight sessions, and we will periodically review whether the work remains useful and appropriately focused.
What Informs the Work
The methods used in a session depend on the person, the situation, and the purpose of the work. No single modality is treated as the answer for everyone.
CBT-informed tools
CBT-informed tools can help examine the relationships among thoughts, interpretations, emotions, choices, and behavior. Within this practice, they are used for reflection and practical skill-building rather than diagnosis or clinical treatment.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming
NLP practices examine how language, attention, internal representations, and learned associations may influence experience and behavior. These tools may be used to explore how you describe a situation, organize meaning, or imagine possible responses.
Meditation
Meditation and attention practices may support observation, rest, self-awareness, and a less reactive relationship with thought. Meditation is offered according to the individual and is never required.
Play-based exercises
Play, imagination, experimentation, and humor may help make unfamiliar ideas more approachable. These exercises are used respectfully and are adapted to the person, relationship, or group.
Research-informed practice
The work is informed by ongoing study across psychology, communication, meditation, creativity, consciousness, and human development. Established evidence, emerging research, philosophical frameworks, and personal interpretation are not presented as though they carry the same level of scientific certainty.
Consciousness studies
Vedic and consciousness studies may provide philosophical frameworks for examining awareness, identity, action, interconnectedness, and human potential. No religious or spiritual belief is required to participate in this work.
Therapeutic arts
Writing, visual art, sound, movement, and other creative processes can provide ways of exploring experiences that may not be easily expressed through direct conversation alone.
The term “therapeutic arts” describes the supportive use of creative practices. It does not mean that licensed art therapy is being provided.
Scope, Privacy, and Safety
This practice provides non-clinical coaching, education, guided reflection, and personal-development support.
It does not provide:
Psychotherapy or licensed mental health treatment
Psychological or psychiatric diagnosis
Medical evaluation or treatment
Medication advice
Emergency intervention
Crisis response
Legal advice or mediation
There may be times when psychotherapy, medical care, psychiatric support, substance-use treatment, legal assistance, domestic-violence services, or emergency care would be more appropriate. When a need appears to fall outside the scope of this practice, I may recommend pausing or supplementing our work while you seek a suitably qualified provider.
This work may take place alongside psychotherapy or medical care, but it does not replace either. Communication with another provider will occur only with your authorization and within the boundaries established by the applicable client agreement and privacy policy.
Crisis and emergency care
Appointments and messages are not monitored as emergency services. Do not use the booking form, email, or text messaging when you or another person may be in immediate danger or require urgent mental health or medical assistance.
Please contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service in your area.

Confidentiality and communication
Personal information and session content are handled privately within the limits described in the client agreement, privacy policy, and applicable law.
Email and text communication are intended primarily for scheduling, administrative questions, and brief clarification. They are not continuously monitored and do not include unlimited coaching or crisis support between appointments.
Specific communication expectations will be reviewed before beginning ongoing work.
Begin With a Conversation
You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out.
You may begin by booking an initial session, or you may send a brief question if you need practical information before deciding.
