These practices lend individualized plans with mindset coaching, science-backed strategies, and creative practices to help you move through what you define as a challenge, to shift old patterns, and to feel more grounded and present in your day-to-day life.

    Individual Sessions – One-on-one support that’s completely tailored to you, either 30 minute resets, or full hour sessions.

    Group Sessions – Couples, families, growth-minded long-term commitment groups and holistic or career-oriented circles, 90 minute sessions

    Workshops – Group learning for specific skill-building and connection, on-site or online

    Crisis Planning – Helping you and your support network be prepared for tough moments with advocacy plans, coping skills, and compassionate communication

    Human Programming – Learn and practice techniques to access the parts of our physiology directly affecting our nervous systems: meditation, breathwork, and movement that you can actually enjoy

  • Do you help people in crisis?

    Yes. If you’re currently in or coming out of a recent crisis, we can help you feel more stable, make a plan, and connect with the proper support.

    If experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or 988 before booking a session.

    If you’re in crisis, we arrange for payments to start after you’ve stabilized, so you can focus on what matters most—your well-being.

  • What about diversity and inclusivity?

    Yes, always. This is a space where your whole self is welcome—identity, history, beliefs, and all.

    Everything we offer is trauma-informed and rooted in respect.

    Inclusivity is only as inclusive as one’s own perception of themselves. Diversity is only as diverse as one is aware of one’s own life.

  • Do you have flexible payment options?

    Yes. We want our services to be accessible, not stressful. We offer sliding scale rates so you can choose the rate that works best for your budget, and in some cases, we accept trade or skill exchange instead of payment.

    For ongoing coaching we offer subscriptions, and for crisis care or bigger programs, we can set up a zero-interest payment plan with predictable, consistent payments.
