Client Policies

  • 24-hour cancellation policy (50% fee for late cancellations)
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Appointment locale may vary. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

  • Confidentiality in accordance with Florida law
Client confidentiality is of utmost importance. For clients under the age of 18, confidentiality will be maintained in accordance with Florida law. Information may be shared with parents or guardians only when necessary for the client’s well-being, and in compliance with Florida Statutes, including but not limited to sections 39.201 and 394.461. These statutes outline the circumstances under which information may be disclosed, such as mandatory reporting of abuse or threats of harm.

  • Not a substitute for emergency care

  • Subscriptions may be paused or canceled (with credits, no refunds)
Clients can freeze their subscription for up to 90 days within a calendar year, providing flexibility as needed. If a client decides to cancel their subscription, a 30-day notice period is required. Instead of issuing refunds for any unused sessions, clients will receive a credit that they can use for future services at their convenience.

  • Client information is securely stored and never shared without consent

  • Recurring Payment Policy
To provide consistent care and ease of access, we securely retain a payment method on file for all clients. For mindset sessions, recurring charges are applied at the time of service, based on the selected session or scheduled session frequency.

For crisis intervention clients discharged from emergency hospitalization, a zero-interest payment plan will begin automatically. This plan includes a minimum weekly payment of 1% of the outstanding balance, charged to the card on file, until the balance is resolved. These clients may also opt for mindset sessions in longevity. In this case, individualized care packages serve to accommodate the clients’ best interests.

You may request to update or cancel your payment authorization at any time, unless a balance remains unpaid.

Please note that the services provided are intended for personal growth and support and are not a substitute for professional medical or emergency care. If at any time it appears that a client may need urgent or emergency assistance, appropriate recommendations will be made to ensure their safety and well-being.
