A limited number of flexible-rate appointments are available for clients experiencing financial constraints. These rates may be requested through a brief, private application and are offered according to current availability. The application does not require an exhaustive account of personal hardship; it simply helps determine what arrangement may be sustainable for both the client and the practice. Applying does not guarantee placement, and approved rates may be reviewed periodically as circumstances change.

In certain cases, we may arrange for value exchange for goods or services instead of monetary payment. This could include content generation and promotion, professional services, creative work, equipment, or other agreed-upon contributions. Trade agreements are considered on a case-by-case basis, and both parties must feel the arrangement is equitable.
